Work Experience

2018-2025

Product Owner
I served as Product Owner for a desktop CAD application, bringing industry experience and managing development from the ground up.

I spent most of my time using CAD or coding. A key part of my job involved working with different teams in making technical content; video, written and social media, and managing influencers around the world.

I worked with all departments of the company: engineers, developers, designers, marketers, and users in multiple time zones, to ensure the product matched the way people actually use CAD in the real-world.

Key Responsibilities:
  • QA testing: working with CAD to create 2D/3D drawings, customizations and atomization.

  • Built and managed a global influencer and beta testing program, including onboarding, training, and community engagement for CAD users worldwide

  • Created detailed technical content, including user guides, tutorials, release notes, and internal documentation

  • Oversaw the UI transition from WixWidgets to Qt, improving performance and user experience

  • Developed tools and features using AutoLISP, DISEL, XML, HTML, C++, and GitHub

  • Fostered the adoption of the data collection program across the company

  • Took the lead on the LLM-based chatbot assistant project, designed to reduce the friction of user onboarding

  • Provided ongoing CAD and industry expertise to support development decisions

  • Served as the driving force for user-focused feature design.

Drawings were created using scans from 1980s original line and ink drawings, engineer sketches and mark ups, existing drawings and 3D models.
Highlights included working on the airplane seats for a number of private airlines and the electrical diagrams for a private jet.
Key Responsibilities:
