UX Research & Design
Real UX Research: More than just pretty Figma screens and icon design!
Real UX that delivers measurable results.
I use research, testing, and discovery techniques to uncover what really drives engagement and conversion. Through user interviews, usability testing, and workflow analysis, I identify friction points and opportunities to improve onboarding, clarity, and overall experience.
Findings are presented with actionable, data-driven conclusions that use both quantitative and qualitative research to help you make the best product decisions before investing in full development.
Projects
From Legacy CAD to Modern UX: BricsCAD
At Bricsys, I spent 7 years implementing UX and interface design improvements for BricsCAD, transforming it from a legacy platform into a modern, user-centred CAD tool.
The goal was to bridge the gap between long-time CAD professionals and new users. Through user research, visual refinement, and careful UX decisions, we delivered a design that felt fresh and accessible, while staying true to the software’s technical depth and API stability.
Call-AI: AI Call Agent
Designing an AI call agent app prototype focused on accessibility and user experience.
Using Figma wireframes, LLM automation, and iterative user testing, the project aimed to simplify call setup for users with disabilities while improving overall usability and interaction speed.
EV Buddy: Charging and Sharing App
Figma wireframe concept for an EV charging and sharing app designed for UK users. Built as an early-stage prototype to explore usability, marketplace flow, and accessibility in electric mobility.
